What You Can Expect

• Initial Evaluation
• Diagnosis
• Treatment recommendations for addressing specific problems
• Medical referral and consultation with experienced health professionals, when necessary
• An active treatment program to promote behavioral and emotional change
• Appointments are conveniently arranged as quickly as possible.

Initial evaluations are one hour and fifteen minutes and the cost is $250. The initial appointment is an opportunity for me to obtain initial information about you and your concerns to evaluate if I can be of help to you. It is also an opportunity for you to meet me and see if you are comfortable with me as well. 

Ongoing individual therapy is $140 per session.

If you have scheduled an individual appointment with me already then you need to complete the Client Intake Form and read and sign the Client Contract form below and bring with you to the initial evaluation. It is also important that you read the Notice of Privacy Act below as well before coming to the session.

If you plan to use Joe's services you may fill out the intake form immediately.
