These workshops are not psychotherapy. They are intended to supplement your psychotherapy work and be psycho-educational. They are also for folks who wish to enrich their lives and not attend psychotherapy or life coaching.
There is no unwanted sharing at any of the workshops. You are completely at choice regarding how much you reveal and to the extent to which you decide to participate.
I have been doing these workshops since 1995 and am committed to doing them yearly. I see them as an excellent way of getting big results in a small amount of time.
